Cleanses Cleansing and detoxification are becoming increasingly popular as more and more people become aware of the toxins in the food, the air, and the water, to name a few. Read the label on any food product that isn’t organic or all natural and you will certainly find some artificial poison that doesn’t belong in your body. The food industry cleverly disguises these toxins with the words “Health” or “Made with Natural Ingredients”. If you think about that statement, all it really means is that at least one of the ingredients is natural. In order to maintain optimum health, we must periodically cleanse our bodies of toxins. Even if we follow an organic diet and drink pure water we must still detoxify our bodies of all the pollutants in the air, and even organic food can contain harmful pollutants that were not supposed to be there; polluted rainwater for example. Certain
herbs and nutrients have traditionally been used for centuries to cleanse the
body of toxins and pollutants. Many
herbs work together to detoxify cells and purge the toxins from the body. Toxins can accumulate everywhere, and some
people can have up to 15 pounds of waste material stuck in there large
intestine. |
